We all need others in our life, who understand us and respect who we are. At Circle Groups we create welcoming inclusive spaces for you to get to know others, learn new skills, share skills you have and form lasting relationships. All our groups are facilitated by trained mental health professionals.
Thursdays - Korumburra
Meet us in Korumburra on a Thursday from 10 for a cuppa, some new faces, a chat and a sip of serenity.

Cost: We aim to make our groups cost effective by encouraging NDIS funded 1:3 or 1:4 participation which is a daily rate of $129 or $100 billed to your NDIS plan. We offer our groups as a 12 week program of support which you can cancel at any time by giving 2 weeks notice.

Drop In Day - Fridays in Morwell
Our Monday drop in group offers a safe space to have a cuppa, share a story, help prepare a shared meal and get involved in an art and craft project.

- Help prepare a meal, share a recipe or some tips
- Share a skill you might have
Cost: We aim to make our groups cost effective by encouraging NDIS funded 1:3 or 1:4 participation which is $27.50 or $17.50 per hour for an 8 hour day. We offer our groups as a 12 week program of support which you can cancel at any time by giving 2 weeks notice.

10:00 Morning Option - Chair Yoga
Choose an Activity. For this activity we do gentle Chair Yoga, facilitated by a trained yoga and mediation instructor. This activity is easy to do and suitable for any and all body types.
10:00 Morning Option - Coffee Club and Shopping
Catch up over a coffee in a small group, and help with a small grocery shop to prepare for lunch.
11:00-1:30 Whole Group Preparation and Lunch
We all get involved in this one. Help prepare for a nutritious lunch you can replicate at home on a budget. Even if you have very limited experience in the kitchen, you can get involved in this activity.
2:00 - 4:00 Afternoon Option - Arts and Crafts
Choose an activity. This one involves trying out some new arts and crafts including polymer clay, diamond art, painting and more…Perhaps you have something you’d like to share a skill you have with the group?
2:00 - 4:00 Afternoon Option - Bush Walking
Choose an Activity. For this activity we head out into some beautiful local natural environments for a healthy walk and a chance to re-connect with nature, which has been shown to reduce anxiety, and create a sense of wellbeing.
